Denise has 20 years project management experience within large corporate organisations in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe. Her ability to see the 'big picture' within a project as well as execute the detail is invaluable and increases her ability to communicate with participants at all levels involved in any project. Denise has an incredible expectation of the experience our clients will have and consequently leads the PLHEALTH team to deliver at a level that always surpassess the expectations of our clients.

DR DAVID Scott

Dr. David Scott has long held an interest in occupation medicine and in his early medical career was Construction Site Medical Officer responsible for performing pre-employment medicals and Drug testing for over 2000 employees, along with being a member of ACC Expert Panel for the production of Acute Low Back Pain Guidelines.
In 1991 Dr Scott established his own business, Health at Work providing Occupational Health Services to businesses and carries out Occupational Medical Assessments for ACC, WorkAON.
Dr Scott is the Branch Medical Advisor to the Long-term Claims Unit ACC Takapuna. As a member of ANZSOM (The Australian and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine) he regularly attends its conferences. |

Sarah graduated with honours from the University of the Western Cape (South Africa) with a Bachelors of Science Degree in physiotherapy. Her honours thesis was awarded first place in the Western Cape in 2007. Sarah is very much a people's person and has to date worked with many people of all ages with varying degrees of special needs. Apart from studying the specialist areas within physiotherapy such as posture, correct alignment and neuromusculoskeletal conditions, she has also studied alternative therapies such as massage, shiatsu and reflexology. |

Karley subscribes to the "Use it or lose it" theory, with the belief that strength training and nutrition play an essential role in the quality of life, with age no barrier to implementing change - you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!

Catherine a graduate of the University of Auckland, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science and is currently studying for a Masters in Sport and Exercise Science and Nutrition at Massey University.
Catherine has a range of experience in exercise performance testing and exercise rehabilitation. She understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle and its ability to improve one's quality of life. She believes in following the concept of "An obstacle is something you see only when you take your eyes off the goal."
She believes that with the right amount of motivation and lifestyle management anything is possible. She plays a number of sports herself and has an interest in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. |

Whilst operating a very successful Personal Training business from home and raising a family, Susie studied and completed a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation, a Diploma in Sports Massage and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health. Passionate about the many benefits of regular physical activity, Susie has proven to be a role model for many busy working parents by maintaining a high level of fitness herself through cycling, running, tramping, and competing in triathlon events at international level. Believing there is a level of physical activity achievable for everyone, Susie still runs several community exercise classes. Each year she coaches and manages a large group to complete the Kerikeri Half Marathon - from first-time walkers to runners vying for personal bests. |
